Translantion BIRTH for HERSA DAVID DINTE in KALISZ 1819 Year 1819 Record 58 PG 14 Film No: 743141 In the year 1819 on the day 14th October at the time of 2 in the afternoon before me the officer of the Civil Registration office of Kalisz of the Greek & Jewish Religion in Kalisz presented himself Izrael Dynte, broker of Kalisz, aged 49 years and showed to us a male child born at home at no 397 Pichonew Street on the 8th of the current month and year at the time of 12 in the afternoon and stated he was the offspring of himself and Narchy nee Braunszpanaw (proper spelling) aged 42 years, his wife, and that he was given the name Hersa Dawid. After statements above mentioned and showing the child before Nayna Sat, tailor, aged 60 and also Abraham Krede, tailor, both of Kalisz.
