Farewell photo of Ben Zion Eliezer Haydenkrug on the occasion of his leaving to Eretz Israel, Mogielnica, Poland, 1933, Standing left Ben Zion Eliezer Haydenkrug (1), his wife Tova-Sara is standing a little above (2), he is facing the Rabbi Gabriel Ze'ev oslaka (1868-1938) whose son and heir perished in the Holocaust. Third from right his son Pesach Haydenkrug (4) The inscription above says: "Your friends and admirers say farewell on the occasion of your Aliya with your family."

The Jews of Mogielnica were driven out of Mogielnica in World War I, however, some Jews returned.

 

The Holocaust Period

A ghetto was established in Mogielnica in 1940 by the Germans and was liquidated in February 1942.
